"Nayar Dental is vowing dental scrutiny. I have had a remarkable experience. The professionalism and benevolence of the whole team are outstanding. I’ve been going with them for a complicated process, couple of times. Every visit is like visiting friends. I couldn’t be happier with the outcomes. In this pandemic, they have taken proper measures of sanitization. Before entering the premises they will spray disinfectant on your clothes and will provide you with a PPE kit(for the patient) & a mask ( for +1 visitor), you'll also have to remove your shoes outside and wear their slippers to get inside. Once you go inside, you'll be checked for temperature & your pulse(to determine "Sp02"). And the rest we all know the drill ( Ps - getting our treatment done ) They have got highly advanced equipment, which I have not seen in another dental clinic. Must say incredibly experienced staff. Would like to thank Dr. Ananya Wadhwa & Dr. Rohit Nayar and the rest of the staff for everything. Extremely happy with the results. ( Also since I was too tired I dozed off to sleep during the session, would especially like to thank Dr. Ananya Wadhwa for giving me a breather in between and also for being way too polite and patient with me )"

"I had a great experience at Nayar Dental Clinic. I had come to India from New Zealand to visit my parents and had a shortage of time for my whole mouth rehabilitation. Doctor Rohit Nayar was very accommodating and had full expertise. I felt confident from my very first interaction itself and felt safe in his hands. My earlier bridges were depalidated and worn out and there were many other issues. Doctor Rohit and Dr. Ananya treated me well and I never had to wait for my turn. The ambience was awesome and the staff was helpful and polite. The outcome was great and there was aftercare too. I am very happy to have my smile back and am going back with full satisfaction. "This has been an extremely disappointing experience for me . I got an implant done. Charged me 55k for Bredent implant + 10k service charges that actually cost just 30k. Few other points: 1. The experience was totally painless and quick. 2. Proper guidance was given for taking care after the surgery by mam. Also, a written document was provided. 3. The cost and breakdown was communicated to me upfront clearly. But there is a caveat (check my next point). 4. Transparency on dental implant brand (1/5): This is where I made a big mistake trusting the doctor. He told me either American or German implant will be placed. So, Bredent SKY is German implant but it is low quality among the German. And the main thing is it cost just 30k only that I paid 65k for (inc. the service charges). This is not just based on some online research. I've confirmed the prices from other doctors. Now, since separate service charge was told to me upfront, I don't mind that. But when you say, the implant you will use cost 55k, then should not place something cheap and make commission on the material. I'm very upset 😭. This is the main reason for giving 2/5 review, otherwise rest things were okay. Just for information, in case you are doing research, 65k for one dental implant is among the most premium pricing, and can get you top brands like Strauman, Nobel Biocare, Zimmer, etc. Strauman, a Swiss company, is very old and trustable and as per their claim, 96% success rate for 20 years while Bredent last 10-15 years on average as told to me by the doctor, and Nobel Biocare also have a success rate of 95% for 20 years period. Osteem, a South Korean brand, is also very good and can be done under 30k. In my case, I got to know about the brand after the surgery was done. Foolish of me not to insist on this earlier and just trusted blindly when he said I'll place top class implant. When I came home, and researched the brand, there was not much info on it. So, I started researching further and my disappointment only grew thereafter. 5. Whenever I went, I reached on time and I was not required to wait. 5/5 Things I learned overall: 1. Don't trust your doctor blindly. Be cautious and do your due diligence properly checking with other doctors as well. I'm not against someone making money, but definitely against making money the wrong way. There is information asymmetry for patients with any medical procedure and doctor always have the option to take advantage. 2. Everything expensive is not good. The reason I have gone with them was I thought a got someone I can trust and don't need to worry myself. Be cautious. 3. When choosing any implant, go with popular options. Otherwise, you get locked in for future services. Implant last for many many years and you can't say you will stay in the same place for long. I've gone there today to get my stitches removed and wanted to discuss but couldn't meet the doctor. I still need to get my crown placed and will discuss when I go there for the same. "Since my first check up with Nayar dental clinic in 2019, I have always visited the clinic for any dental issues. I have had a few fillings and a root canal done, and Dr. Nayar made sure I was very comfortable and explained things very nicely to me. He was also very careful and worked hard to ensure things go very smoothly and painlessly. Even now, whenever I have an issue, I just contact Dr. Nayar about it and he is always quick to reply with solutions. The other staff in the clinic were also very helpful and nice, and made my visits there as stress-free as they could. I'll highly recommend Nayar dental care!"
